In December 2025, Zhang Jun, Member of the Innovation Academy of International Eurasian Academy of Sciences (IAIEAS) and Chief Scientist of the National Rare Earth Functional Materials Innovation Center, was successfully selected for the “National Advanced Basic Process Talent” program, a joint selection initiative organized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the Ministry of Finance, and the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the People’s Republic of China.
