Global Technology Leadership Program

First,Project Introduction

The Global Technology Leadership of IAIEAS is a global leadership learning program launched by the Innovation Academy of International Eurasian Academy of Sciences, which aims to cultivate scientific and technological leaders with global vision, profound scientific literacy, excellent leadership and innovation ability, and cultivate a new generation of leaders for the global scientific and technological community through systematic and international education and training.

Second, the content of the project

1. Project Objectives

Broaden global perspectives: enable participants to gain an in-depth understanding of global scientific and technological development trends, enhance their ability for international exchanges and cooperation, and become a bridge connecting different cultures and scientific and technological systems.

Deepen scientific and technological literacy: strengthen the theoretical foundation of science and technology, grasp the trends of cutting-edge science and technology, and improve the ability of scientific and technological research and development and application.

Leadership Enhancement: Cultivate students’ leadership temperament, improve strategic thinking, decision-making ability and team management skills, and become effective leaders.

Innovative thinking stimulation: encourage innovative thinking, cultivate problem-solving ability, and promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements into real productivity.

Ethical responsibility: Strengthen the awareness of science and technology ethics, cultivate a deep understanding of social responsibility, and promote science and technology for good.

2. School system and teaching mode

Duration: One year (12 months in total), divided into four semesters of three months each.

Teaching mode: Adopt the mode of “centralized teaching + case study and visiting study + practical discussion”.

Intensive Teaching: Arrange two days a month (usually weekends) for face-to-face teaching, including lectures, case studies, group discussions, etc.

Case Study and Visit: Through case teaching and visiting learning, we provide targeted learning references and broaden global perspectives.

Practical seminars: Organize field trips, company visits, international exchanges and other activities to enhance practical experience and cross-cultural communication skills.

3. Project features and highlights

International platform: Relying on the global network of the International Eurasian Academy of Sciences, it provides cross-border learning and exchange opportunities.

4. Curriculum system

The curriculum system of this program is designed around the core elements of scientific and technological leadership, covering four modules: frontier of science and technology, leadership development, innovation management, and international vision and cooperation, with a total of 24 core courses, each course has 6 class hours, a total of 144 class hours of direct teaching time, plus a large number of self-study and practical activities.

They not only have deep academic attainments in their respective fields, but also have rich practical experience and international vision, which can provide students with the most cutting-edge knowledge, the most practical skills and the most profound insights.

6. Enrollment Targets and Conditions

Enrollment target: Global entrepreneurs, middle and senior managers, investors, and elites from all walks of life who have a strong interest in technology leadership.

Application Criteria:

Bachelor’s degree or above, science and technology related professional background is preferred.

More than 5 years of work experience in the technology sector, demonstrated leadership potential or have held leadership positions.

Have a strong interest in scientific and technological innovation, and are willing to devote themselves to the improvement of scientific and technological leadership.

7. Registration and selection process

Registration Application: Fill in the registration form, submit resume, academic certificate, work certificate and recommendation letter.

Material review: The project team will conduct a preliminary review of the application materials and screen qualified candidates.

Interview Assessment: Candidates who pass the preliminary screening will be invited to an interview, which will include a personal statement, case analysis, team discussion, etc.

Admission Notice: According to the interview performance, the project team will issue a formal admission notice to the admitted students and go through the admission procedures.
